The Peira Vision API device is designed to examine the homogeneity of suspensions over time by capturing photos. A robot follows user-defined, pre-programmed steps to determine when these photos are taken.
This solution enhances practical efficiency and ensures more reliable and consistent suspension results.
Features
The Peira Vision API features two heat/cool stir bays with temperature monitoring. A robotic arm automatically moves vials for each treatment or image analysis by a camera. An optional “evaluate sampling” feature allows reaction screening through a needle.
The system is housed in a CE-compliant safety cabinet and can be configured in service mode. The software enables selection of individual or grouped vials on a plate, either by name or from a dropdown menu. Each plate’s dimensions are specified by X, Y, Z values based on vial type and height. Parameters like temperature, stirring speed, and pause intervals can be programmed.
Why the Peira vision API?
